We reserve the right to change these rules anytime with or without notice.

YOU MAY:

• Recruiting
  • Click on your own link once every 24 hours
  • Click on your officers' links
  • Post your link on message boards where it is allowed and is on-topic.
  • Email your link to your friends or send it to them on instant messenger.
  • Have people click your link more than once (but not within 24 hours).
  • Have an alliance with other players.
  • Have your link in your AIM/MSN/ICQ etc. profile.
  • Post your link on a personal website or a website where it is closely related.

YOU MAY NOT:

• Registration
  • Register an email address that is not yours.
  • Register multiple accounts.
  • Sign up with false email addresses.
  • Have more than one account per person. Having more than one account because you have more than one computer or because a friend registered an account and gave it to you is cheating.
• Account Usage
  • Share passwords with other people and log into accounts that are not yours.
• Recruiting
  • Spam your link in the IRC chat room or the forums.
  • Click your link more than once every 24 hours (unless it is like a home computer and a work computer or school computer; proxies are absolutely not allowed).
  • Click other people's links more than once every 24 hours (unless it is like a home computer and a work computer or school computer; proxies are absolutely not allowed).
  • Post your link in chat rooms, newsgroups, message boards, or forums unless it is explicitly allowed by the owner/operator of the chat room, newsgroup, message board, forum, etc..
  • E-mail your link to people whom you do not know, or to e-mail lists or subscription media (newsgroups, mailing lists, spam).
  • Post your link on a forum where it is against that forum's policies or off-topic
  • Advertise your link on adult sites.
  • Put your link in popup windows, inside any frame, or use redirects.
  • Trick people into clicking your link by any means.
  • Use a script/program or any automated process to automatically gain recruits.
• Attempt to abuse the server or abuse security holes (if any).
• Use proxy servers (unless it is a single school, work, or internet cafe proxy).
• Have an automated process to repeatedly request pages on the server.

Consequences:

If you are caught doing any of the above, your account may be suspended or terminated without notice. If you get caught trying to abuse the server, you will be banned and your ISP will be contacted. Further action may ensue.

If any purchases have been made from the store, you may not receive any refund, as a breach in the terms of service is grounds for automatic deletion. Gaining an unfair advantage automatically voids any rights to receive refunds though Paypal or the game itself.
